    Whoa.... that cat should have picked a smaller victim.

    Epic Battle

    At least both died, that buck took down that cat and saved many more deer. But man that had to be an epic battle till the end.

    That cat bit off more than he could chew! It would have been interesting to see how that scene played out. It looks like the buck got in a heart shot from the looks of all the blood in the heart area.

    Found it. Don't know the story at all. I've seen a few videos on YouTube of cat and deer fights. This could defiantly have happened but don't know if it was staged or not. I hope it really happen.

    WapitiBob has a good point, no blood on the cats muzzle, maybe it was staged. Still cool though. I've watched wolves bring down and disassemble moose...it's pretty graphic!

    This is a posed picture. A guy I know shot the cat and positioned it next to its last meal for a picture.
