Nice pics! I need to get to Alaska one of these days!
That's so cool, I was in Anchorage to see my son come home from Iraq and saw a big bull at Bernie's bungalow! Great pictures also!
I was all set to go to Alaska to hunt on Kodiak Island and got called up to go to Iraq the day before I was flying to Alaska. I should of went to Alaska first. Someday I will make it up there!
How old do you think he is?

I'd guess 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 max. His bases aren't very heavy and in other photos you can see that his dewlap is still long. They tend to freeze off on the older bulls. They are at their best around 7 or 8 years old.
I would guess about a 45" spread. Wouldn't be legal in most areas but would sure be fine eating in the areas that are "any bull"!
Very cool pics Bob. He looks soooo tasty. I love moose meat!

Those ares some awesome pictures, a Moose hunt is one of my bucket list hunts to go on. They are just so magical to watch.
Airports a safe place for a moose....not so much for humans.
