A great tag to have. My friend had that tag 2 years ago. He said that he read about a few spots to hit, and I cant remember them righ off my head, but he said there were a ton of deer on the archery hunt. He shot a toad. 195" buck. Call the biologist in that area. He gave my friend some great tips on where to start and worked well for him. Good luck, but apparently you all ready have the luck!!!

It might be easier, but a heck of a lot more expensive!

Look into the Beef Basin area , I had the ML tag in 1996 and it was very poor then, spent a week prior to the opener scouting and never saw any good bucks , I hope it has gotten better since then, we hunted both high and low.

    Good luck on the hunt.

It's a great tag. I would have to look at the map since I've forgotten the names, but saw lots of really nice bucks while helping a friend on a muzzy elk hunt.
