    I do because I live here.... I don't think non-residents can apply right now but they have discussed allowing non-resident tags in the future. If there were more outside pressure, it may influence them to create a few tags for non-residents.

    Fairer Non-Res fees... or at least some kind of consistency, ie 10x max multiplier from res to non res fees.

    He can't and it's just the way it is when almost all states rely on NR fees and points to finance the bulk of their G&F Department budgets.

    How about remote scouting tips when all you have is some maps and the internet (google earth for example).
