I have pictures of bulls that look 360 but score 300 and vise versa..pretty easy for a picture to be misjudged both higher or lower than they are. Thats what always cracks me up on forums of people so dead set that they can tell the score of someones animal...Doesnt happen on this forum that ive noticed.. but over on a couple others, its an absolute joke sometimes listening to people tell someone their animal doesnt score what they say. . Nonetheless, im going to go with 312" for this bull. Great bull. great down low, gets a little condensed up top with the 4th and 5th being a little close together in my view of the pic. Congrats on a great bull

OK someone told me to shoot the first 300" bull I see in Wy #24.
That bull would be going down 5 minutes after shooting light or 5 minutes before the end of the hunt.
    I'm really hoping that bull isn't 280
I'm sticking to my original thoughts (basically)
My original guess 329.5, I'll ask for up to 10" less but less that 319...... come on man?

Thanks for the clarification Velvetfvr....... your right it's all good.
If I'm within 25" I'd be happy and surprised

Hey Jim, where have you ever seen .5 in a B&C score? Do you really have a tag for 24?

This is fun guys. I love to hear the different opinions and justifications for the opinions! The bull was scored by two state of Wyoming employees while it was green- a day or two after the kill. These two are experienced Wildlife and Fisheries Biology graduates but not official scorers. That's my disclaimer...lol. I believe the score to be very accurate.

    Main beams- 87"
    Mass-57"
    Inside Spread- 38"
    Total Tines-152"

    Total before deductions- 334

This bull gains a huge portion of his score in his fronts which makes it very deceiving to many experienced guys. If he had the "base 200" frame he would have gone 350! IMO, bulls like this are the hardest to judge. The short main beams are consistent with the area that this bull was shot. Southern half of Area 7- We have only two bulls through the years with 50"+ main beams from this ranch.

Thanks to everyone for guessing and hope you enjoyed it.

Looks like Kiddwinner and Timberstalker get to wrestle over the major award with both missing by an inch......Tell them what they've won, Bob!
