Which unit in Book Cliffs Deer is better the North or South? I put in for both 1st & 2nd choice rifle.

I'd say south, they split the units due to the fact the North end has more roads and easier access, the deer were getting hammered pretty hard. The south has some pretty rough inaccessible country and fewer roads.
That's just what I read from the biologist recommendations in one of the RAC meetings.

You can withdraw your app, then go right back on and reapply. Have to do that soon though, and there is the risk of the system getting locked up on the last day to apply.

If my license year crossed over would I have to buy a new license?

I think that is highly likely. I think the system just looks at if your license is current at the time you apply. When you withdraw, and apply again, it is just like submitting a new application.

So.......if I buy a license and buy points say today, then next year I buy PPs a smidge early on my valid license, I won't have to buy a license again? Make sense? That seems to be cheating haha
