A ndow biologist watched an eagle sit on a power line and kill 25 sage grouse. He was talking at one of the dinners my grandpa was at. It took and killed 25 sage grouse in 1 day from the same spot. Crazy!

According to NDOW, Ravens are the hardest on sage grouse populations. They destroy nests and eggs, one study a biologist placed flags at grouse nests, turns out that made it even easier for ravens to destroy every nest he marked. And even dumber, Ravens are protected, can't touch them!

That is alot for 1 eagle in 1 day and Im sure its not the only eagle that does that.

Another thing that really bothers me about these studies and all the money they cost is there are biologists, game wardens, ect already out in the field. It seems like part of their job is to study all these things and they should know whats going on in their area without an additional study.

And we've argued to thin Ravens down and antis flip on that idea too! I read a post by an anti that said "we invade mountains like disease does the body, we need to stay out of these animals (all) homes and everything would be fine". Sandoval appointed a paid HSUS representative to the game commission so things are just gonna get worse.

The common denominator is it seems to be about money most of the time. Unfortunately.
