    I might be wrong...probably am, but I thought sheds and horns on broken skull plates could not be considered records by B & C.

    I think you are right about Boone and Crockett, CC. B and C said something about not being able to measure the inside spread on broken skulls and sheds which is apparently important to score. The article said it was a record for sheds, #1 for a pair, #2 for the left or something like that. That would be awesome to find. I am pretty sure I would walk right by them thinking they must be a sagebrush, there is no way those are antlers.
