    Wyo elk area 24 info

I drew a elk tag in area 24 and am planning an archery hunt. I am a non res so not much of an opportunity to scout so looking for any previous tag holders willing to share any info would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

If you had taken a couple minutes to look over the website, you'd see there is already a thread on unit 24 on page 2 of this Elk Forum, as well as a lengthy thread on the Wyoming Forum. Good luck and have fun!

    Kind of funny....
There are three "Wyoming 24" threads started since March 2014. Two threads by three post guys and one by someone in Oregon who must talk way too much

Funny thing is that I have received tons of help and insight, exchanged great info, and even met a couple of you in person.

Thanks for making this a great board!!!!

My point being that folks are really helpful when you participate rather than just sign up because you drew a tag.

Clearly he has not posted since. Guess he got the point. Its funny really, every draw or deadline event there's a spike of activity on here. Then it slows back down significantly until the next drawing or entry DL. I myself have really enjoyed this forum. If the new posters would just stick around they'd get more info than they can decipher haha. And they'd probably enjoy being here.
