That video clip of the 2014 commencement address speech at Texas University by Navel Admiral William H. McRaven has a lot of wisdom in it. It speaks volumes to me and I found it motivational and inspirational. Thanks for posting that 25contender.

If you can't do the little things right, you will never do the big things right. If you want to change the world, start off by doing the little things right and completing tasks or you will never do the big things right.

If you want to change the world, find someone to help you. You can't change the world alone.

If you want to change the world, measure a person by the size of their heart, not by their color, their ethnic background, their education or their social status.

If you want to change the world take risks. Get out of your comfort zone and keep moving forward.

If you want to change the world, don't be afraid of failure or discouragement.

If you want to change the world take on obstacles head on.

If you want to change the world, don't back down from the bullies and lift up the downtrodden.

If you want to change the world, don’t give up on hope. You must be your very best in the darkest moment.

If you want to change the world don't ever, ever quit.

If we do these things, our next generation and the generations that follow will live in a world far better than the one we have today and—what you start will indeed have changed the world.
