Great job Pake. A 410 is a great gun for a kid!

Congrats, great bird. My 7-yr old got his first one yesterday, too. https://scontent-b-lax.xx.fbcdn.net/...57758433_n.jpg

Probably not as excited as I was. The bird came to us on a string, and at 20 yards started half-strutting back and forth. We're in the blind, and Grayson is trying to swing the gun back and forth to get a bead, and I hit the slate to stop the tom. I said "You've got to shoot it now" He did, and the tom rolled, got up, and ran away. It got about 70 yards out and tipped over. Then yesterday morning, my 10-yr old got his tom, 23 lb 9 1/2" beard. Good way to finish our turkey season.Click image for larger version.
