    We needed a Cooking/Butchering Forum

What do you guys think?? I think we need a butchering and cooking section to talk about recipes, how to's and equipment to use when doing your own meat work.

ScootR and IKIC make it happen!!!

You sound pretty well informed to me. I usually get a good chuckle from your stuff, too.

I think it's a heck of a good idea, I cook most the dinners in my household and I'm always looking for new wild game recipes to try. And the fact I do my own butchering(Jerky, Salami, Burger etc..) I'd like to learn some new things from those that are more seasoned than me!!

We could call it the Kitchen Table Forum, have a section for DYI Game Processing and another for Recipes & Cooking

Good idea! There are some good threads on this but having them in 1 place would be nice and alot easier to find them!
"Now two flags fly above my land that really sum up how I fee. One is the colors that fly high and proud The red, the white, the blue. The other one's got a rattlesnake With a simple statement made "Don't tread on me" is what it says and I'll take that to my grave. Because this is me. I'm proud to be American and strong in my beliefs. And I've said it before but I'll say it again 'Cause my family's always fought and died to save this land. And a country boy is all I'll ever be."
