    does a 3 day multi day raft trip count as exercis?

    Another couple and I are going to raft the grand ronde river in north east Oregon. Does that count as exercise?
    completely self supported, rowing my fully loaded raft. should be fun.

    the wife and I before our 135 mile salmon river float a couple of years ago.
