    Thanks for the post....... having local knowledge, how do you think the Spring and Summer weather will effect the Lander Region elk for this fall????........ things were still looking pretty Green (relatively speaking) when I passed through in July.

    From what I've seen, grass has been good at all elevations, relatively speaking, around the area. Should be good horn/antler growth this year. This also makes animals spread out a bit, so keep that in mind.
