Colorado Muzzleloader Bullets - 2x diameter?

Does anyone know if the law that your muzzleloader bullet length can not exceed 2 times it's diameter still is in place?. This rule is not in the 2011 CO game regs on page 6 where all the Special Muzzleloading firearm restrictions are listed. I called the CO DOW and the person answering the phone didn't sound very sure either. Can anyone tell me where this is found in the game laws or if it no longer exists?........Thanks TG

They got rid of it last year.

If its not listed in the big game booklet, its no longer in action. It was a stupid rule in the first place that limited people to shooting lighter weight projectiles.
