Can you purchase a second Muledeer buck tag in the "left over licenses"

What state or country? Every state has different regulations for hunting. If you know the state, call the Game and Fish or Fish and Game office(some states like Idaho say it backwards). The peeps at the state office your asking about will be able to clarify more than likely...sometimes they themselves dont have a clue either...lol so you can also go to the respective website for the office and state in question and review that information.

I know a guy that says he buys a left over Buck Antelope tag every year, in WY. I've not seen any info to prove or disprove it, but I find it hard to believe.

In Wyoming you are allowed to have 2 licenses for buck deer but only one can be valid for Mule deer. So if you get a whitetail only tag then you can shoot a mule deer and whitetail buck. as far as antelope goes you are allowed to have 2 buck tags as long as you purchase one from leftovers. hope this helps you
