A friend of mine has done some stuff with this kit and it always comes out great. I've been on the verge of purchasing the kit myself a few times but I never can think of many things to camo.

I'd be interested in hearing more myself. I've been thinking of doing my Winchester SX2 shotgun.

From experience, you're better off going to dipwizard.com and ordering the film and activator separately. Buy enough film to practice before you start with your guns. I spent most of the summer and dipped 3 rifles and a shotgun.

Lots of video on youtube with technique and troubleshooting. Anyone can dip an object, but learning how to fix little blemishes and how to dip properly to avoid them is where the art and skill is involved.

You'll burn through quite a bit of film getting it "just right". I probably dipped a 30/30 fore-end 15 times before i was satisfied with it.

Duracoat now has a matte clear to spray over your finish to protect it, much harder and more durable than the clear you will get from the auto paint store or the hydrofilm site.

    Be careful, its addictive!
