Each order is shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days and are carefully packaged. If any items are on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated date when the backordered item will be shipped. We ship via the United States Postal
Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) and you will have the
option to choose your preferred shipping method and carrier at
checkout. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address;
please choose USPS for any PO Box address.
Your shipping charges are based on the actual weight and volume of
packages and you will see real-time shipping charges throughout the
checkout process. All domestic orders of $200 or more receive
complimentary shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email upon shipment of your
package. We suggest you retain this email for your records until you
receive your package. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery of
your package.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer International shipping options to our many
overseas customers. International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.
Priority Mail generally requires 10-14 business days for delivery,
though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate
time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order
within 30 days, please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not
offer tracking beyond U.S. borders. Please note that we are required by
law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages.
Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it is turned over to
the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. The delivery
may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the
responsibility of the recipient. Once the package is handed over to the
local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery timeframes of
the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays,
which can add to the shipment time.
Expedited Shipping
We do offer expedited shipping on orders through UPS. If you need to expedite your package, please choose one of the shipping methods on your checkout. Shipping methods that apply: UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-day Air, UPS Next Day Air. Most expedited orders are shipped on the same day if received by 3PM MST.
