Live, public speaking events have been a cornerstone of the Eastmans’ brand since Grandpa Gordon’s days of live narration of his films at venues across the country. That tradition continued with Mike Eastman and his speaking tours bringing giant mule deer like Popeye to crowds from California to Pennsylvania. It was Mike whose lectures helped thousands of big game hunters draw more tags and hunt more effectively with those tags. If Gordon built the foundation, Mike erected the walls of the Eastmans’ brand. Next came Guy Eastman with a unique style of his own that drew from both his grandfather’s and father’s expertise helping western hunters get the most from their hunts. Guy put a roof on the house that Eastmans’ built, capping our fabled live events with tradition, expertise and entertainment that have been hallmarks of Eastmans’ since Gordon’s first speaking engagements in the 1950’s. 

It is with great pleasure that Eastmans’ Hunting Journals once again takes to the stage, so to speak, to bring you live events worthy of your hard earned dollars. We’ve called upon partners like Black Rifle Coffee, onX and Sig Sauer in our quest to offer you one-of-a-kind events, with exclusive speakers and venues that will help you become a better western big game hunter, gleaning first-hand knowledge from today’s best hunters. As an added bonus you’ll have fun along the way as you share time with folks whose passion is western big game trophy hunting.
